Industry
About the collection
The North York Moors were home to a number of bustling industries back in the day. Rosedale was home to ironstone works and Spaunton had its own limestone quarry. Remnants of these forgotten pasts can be seen in the local landscape, but below are a collection of photographs that show what it was like at the time.
